Nutritionist for Long COVID, ME/CFS & Postviral Recovery
My Journey with ME/CFS
I was first diagnosed with myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS) at age 16. That moment changed the course of my life. For years, I was driven by a relentless need to understand this condition and regain my health.
What followed were decades of trial and error, scientific study, and multidisciplinary learning. I discovered strategies—especially through nutrition—that helped reduce my symptoms and allowed me to regain parts of my life. Knowledge became my most powerful tool, and it continues to guide how I support others facing postviral illness today.
Supporting Long COVID and Postviral Recovery Through Nutrition
While my personal journey is with ME/CFS, I now work with many individuals navigating long COVID, postviral fatigue, and postviral syndromes. These conditions share important biological overlaps—including mitochondrial dysfunction, chronic inflammation, gut dysbiosis, and immune dysregulation.
My evidence-based nutrition protocols are designed to:
Lower inflammation and oxidative stress
Rebuild gut barrier integrity and microbiome balance
Support mitochondrial function and energy metabolism
Calm mast cell and immune system overactivity
Why I Work with ME/CFS and Long COVID Patients
As a clinician who lives with ME/CFS, I understand what it means to be dismissed or misunderstood. I also understand the daily burden of symptoms like fatigue, brain fog, and post-exertional crashes.
That’s why I work with clients facing long COVID, ME/CFS, and postviral dysautonomia—to provide compassionate care that respects the complexity of these illnesses. You deserve support from someone who understands both the science and the lived experience.
